The OSS/J Service Quality Management API is specifically designed to address Service Quality Management within an Operations Support System (OSS) solution. It follows the same design guidelines and patterns as every other OSS/J API and is intended to enable easy integration of SQM applications and client application within the OSS.

The OSS/J Service Quality Management API completes the set of OSS/J APIs for SOA enablement.
