Service providers will be able to determine, using this document, whether the project provides exceptional value because it is consistent with the Telecom Operations Map (e.g. common business processes).   Further, service providers will be able to determine whether state of the art general computing principles and IT technology are applicable to telco specific problems/requirements.  Service providers will be able to determine whether or not the project demonstrates sound technical findings that would represent a good investment and a satisfactory solution to existing operational problems.

This document is a Member Draft document and is in no way finalized.  It has not gone through Management Team review nor has it been officially released by the team.  It is simply offered to the TM Forum membership to inform them of things to come.  Once completed the document will be announced and released for Member Evaluation.
