| The application of New Generation OSS (NGOSS) to some specific advanced IPTV services and the NGOSS benefits in rapid implementation and reuse of already implemented OSS entities has been demonstrated by this catalyst project. The project was focus on the Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing OSS entities necessary for IPTV interactive services. The chosen scenario treats the download of music content on mobile phones and computer that is driven and controlled by an IPTV customer using its screen and remote control. Service Activation, Order handling, CRM, Service Assurance, Network Assurance, Billing, Revenue Assurance and Service orchestration have been developed and implemented in a prototype together with a content server and a TV portal. This prototype is described in this IIS document.
