This document reflects the findings of the Seamless OSS/BSS Catalyst Project that showed at Management World – Americas in November 2007. The catalyst project presented the lifecycle of an IMS-based video telephony service offered across a range of devices including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phones and laptops. It presents a unique industry reference model for seamless OSS/BSS support for IMS offerings in a multi-vendor systems environment.
