Currently CIO, Maurício Cascão was previously responsible for the Technical Innovation department at TIM Brazil. Among his achievements is the definition of TIM Brazil’s Strategic Technology Plan. Prior to this he was responsible for the Network Planning department at TIM Brazil. He initiated his career in 1996 as a researcher for Hewlett Packard Laboratories of Research and Development, in Bristol, England. Later, he acted as Radio Frequency Engineer for AT&T in Brazil during the year of 1997. He has a BSc in Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology from Lausanne (Switzerland), with an emphasis in Mobile Communication as well as a MSc in Networks from the University of Nice (France), post graduate diploma in Enterprise Management and Enterprise Finances from Getúlio Vargas Foundation and MBA with emphasis in Finance from the University of Ohio (U.S.A.).

Rodrigo Modesto Duclos graduated in Electric Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. He holds an MBA from the same university where he developed a structural analysis of the Brazilian Cable industry back in 1999. Rodrigo began his career in NET Sul, a cable start-up back in 1994. He worked for different companies in the sector (Claro, Promon, LogicaCMG). Since the early days he has been involved with many innovative projects in telecommunications such as the introduction of broadband in Brazil (Cable Modems), Cellular pre-paid services, SMS, Ring-tones, MMS, GPRS/Edge, WAP, Digital TV (DVB), Cable Telephony, etc. Rodrigo is currently managing the PMO and the overall technology strategy in NET.

Marcelo Erlich, is an experienced strategist in the telecommunications industry, with over 30 years of industry experience. For 15 years he was responsible ANTEL mobile business, and is currently leading the ITC ANTEL consulting SA. During his long career he has executed numerous projects for both fixed and mobile telephony across areas including Network Neutrality, 3G/HSPA, Mobile Broadband, Mobile Applications, Mobile Financial Services, MVNO and Roaming. German Lettieri is Oracle´s Vice President for the Communications Global Business Unit, a highly-specialized team that is dedicated to providing mission-critical software solutions, services and domain expertise for the communication industry. Prior to his new role, he was Vice President for the Tax & Utility Global Business Unit for the Latin America market at Oracle, taking care of the P&N, License and Consulting sales, as well as the consulting delivery operation with a multi disciplinary team of local and foreign resources from all over the world. Mr. Lettieri joined Oracle in 2006, with over 20 years of experience in sales, as Sales Director, managing the Sales operations (Product and Services) for the communication industry, as a Global Account Director responsible of the relationships of Grupo Telefonica and Grupo America Movil. Before working for Oracle, German worked in Veritas Software Mexico and Argentina, as Corporate Business Manager for Strategic Accounts. Mr. Lettieri has a Bachelor in Marketing from UCES University.
