Prior to his role at Rogers, Mr. Brace was the Vice President of Customer Billing Services at Sprint Nextel in Overland Park, Kansas where he managed all customer billing operations and applications servicing Sprint’s 54 million customers throughout the United States. Dr. Hossein Eslambolchi is chairman and CEO of Divvio Inc., a Web portal that allows users to build personalized “channels” of digital content by leveraging the best and most advanced adaptive learning technologies and Web 2.0 community behavior. He is also chairman of 2020 Venture Partners, which provides technology and operations consulting to private equity firms and venture capitalists in the area of telecommunications infrastructure.
Dr. Eslambolchi holds over 800 worldwide patents – Issued, Pending and in preparation - and was named as one of the most prolific innovator and visionary in communications industry and was named “Inventor of the Year” by the New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame in 2001.

Madhusudhan leads the Customer and services Operations group for Tata Communications supporting Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Field Operations, Technology and Operations of IT/Infrastructure Services. He also leads the Billing and Collections group. He is responsible for global support of the Data & Mobile, Voice and Broad Band Business units of Tata Communications.
His key focus is to enhance the service capabilities and customer facing activities across the globe. He is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Visweswarayya College of Engg., Bangalore, India. He has also undergone 6 weeks course in CSM-California (Lucent Deputation).
His professional carrier spans over 20 yrs in Telcom and IT, with BPL, AT&T, Lucent & Tata Communications in various leadership roles spanning engineering, network operations and customer service. He has had successful stint responsible for spearheading rollout and operations of GSM, CDMA, NGN & MPLS networks across the globe. | |
