Martin Creaner has been working in the Telecommunications Industry for almost 25 years and is currently President and CEO of the TM Forum. The TM Forum is the industry body for the global communications industry. It has more than 850 member companies in over 195 countries, including all the major carriers and all the leading equipment and software Vendors.
Prior to joining the TM Forum Martin held a number of executive positions with Motorola and British Telecom.
Martin is widely published and is featured and quoted regularly in business and trade journals. Martin is also the author of the leading telecoms business book “NGOSS Distilled”.
Robert Hackl

Robert Hackl is Senior Vice President of Channel Management at T-Mobile USA. In his two years at T-Mobile US, Robert has built out the Channel Management organization for T-Mobile, including successfully developing the Value Based Steering concept for deploying superior Go To Market approaches. Core functions of the Channel Management organization include Market Invest Steering, Churn and Retention, Operational CRM, Commercial Planning & Controlling and Regional Financial Steering.
Prior to joining T-Mobile, Robert held several positions in the European Telecom industry, including Chief Executive Officer for the second largest telco in Austria, Tele2, and Group Senior Vice President of International Sales and Service for Deutsche Telekom, the largest telecommunications company in Europe.
Before that, he worked for McKinsey & Company as Associate Principal with a focus on Marketing and Sales in Telco/Hi-Tech.
Robert holds a Masters in International Business and a Ph.D. degree in Marketing from Vienna University and an MBA from Kellogg.

Dr. Robert F. Roche has headed CTIA’s Research Department since January 1993, and is responsible for directing CTIA's surveys, and providing research findings and background information about the wireless industry to the media, industry analysts, representatives of government agencies, and foreign governments and businesses. Dr. Roche has helped develop a number of wireless industry metrics for both CTIA and its affiliates, as well as for third-party accounting and survey firms. Dr. Roche co-authors CTIA’s comprehensive semi-annual report on the U.S. wireless industry CTIA's Wireless Industry Indices Report, and the CTIA Insight series, and has written numerous papers on wireless industry performance and communications policy, including “Wireless Local Loop Around the World,” “Competition and the Wireless Industry,” “The Who, What and Why of Calling Party Pays,” “Reinventing Competition: The Wireless Paradigm and the Information Age,” and “PCS Predictions and Prescriptions: Highlights from 32 Studies and Reports on the Prospects for PCS.”
Steve Hilton

Steve Hilton is the lead analyst for Analysys Mason's Enterprise research program. His primary areas of specialization include M2M, cloud services, fixed and mobile services and sales channels. Steve has 18 years' experience in technology and communications marketing. Prior to joining Analysys Mason, he managed the Enterprise and SMB team at Yankee Group. He has also held senior positions at Lucent Technologies, TDS and Cambridge Strategic Management Group (CSMG). Steve is a frequent speaker at industry and client fora, and publishes monthly articles in several respected trade journals for the enterprise and channel partner community. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a Master's degree in marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Eric Krauss

As Director of M2M Product Management for AT&T’s Advanced Mobility group, Eric Krauss is responsible for driving product innovation for AT&T’s business customers deploying connected device solutions. Prior to his M2M responsibilities, Eric has been responsible for voice products responsible for almost half of wireless revenue, AT&T Wireless’ successful BlackBerry wireless email launch, and AT&T’s Enterprise Messaging products.
Mischel Kwon

Mischel Kwon is an IT executive with more than 29 years of experience ranging from application design and development, network architecture and deployment, Information Assurance policy, audit and management, technical defensive security, large wireless system security, to building organizational and national level Computer Emergency/Incident Response/Readiness Teams. Ms. Kwon was named the Director for the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) in June 2008 where she spearheaded the organization responsible for analyzing and reducing cyber threats and vulnerabilities in federal networks, disseminating cyber threat warning information and coordinating national incident response activities.
Eric Troup

Eric Troup was appointed Chief Technology Officer for Worldwide Communications and Media Industries in June 2011. As the lead industry technology strategist for the Telecom, Cable and Media sectors, Eric is responsible for guiding the evolution of a growing ecosystem of enterprise solutions spanning BSS/OSS, media creation & delivery, cloud, device management, and service lifecycle management/delivery in collaboration with customers, partners, industry organizations, and Microsoft product groups. Eric held a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. Army before joining NYNEX in 1985. He gained extensive customer service and network operations experience before transitioning to Director of System Integration Development where he was the lead for a number of major Network and IT initiatives including the largest Computing Telephony Integration (CTI) project implemented to date and a state of the art network element performance/cost analytics solution. Eric held additional leadership positions at Unisys and Cap Gemini before joining Microsoft Consulting Services in 2004. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from West Point and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Utah. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
Jürgen Hase

Jürgen Hase joined Deutsche Telekom AG in 2011 to head the M2M Competence Center. Within Deutsche Telekom he is responsible for the international M2M business. Jürgen has worked more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry and in the M2M sector. He is also Chairman of the M2M alliance.

Isaias has spent the last 20 years creating and building high growth companies. Prior to founding GridGlo®, Isaias had launched and developed three companies in technology and data aggregation service industry. In 2004, he started LOC-AID® Technologies, Inc. to focus on the developing LBS market. Prior to that, he founded Datumcom in 1995, which became the leading international supplier of vehicle-based positioning services and infrastructures. Isaias led the transition of Datumcom into the telematics field, where the company became a leader at the intersection of communications, computing, and vehicles. Veridian (now General Dynamics) acquired his first venture, Datumtech, in 1997. Isaias raised over $20+ million in investment capital for his ventures, and he is an active member of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Isaias holds Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Michael Knorr

Michael is managing Enterprise Services for TTS which includes Account Services, Documentation, Global Billing, DDA Platforms, CRM and Fulfilment processes and Data Management. Michael also holds the position of Data Governance Officer for TTS.
Previously Michael was responsible for connectivity products which provide core file and message based integration for ERP, Treasury Work Stations and core banking platforms via SWIFT and non-SWIFT channels.
Michael joined Citibank in 1994 in Chicago. Various assignments in London and New York allowed him to lead new market initiatives such as EMU, CLS and TARGET as well as create new products such in Payroll Cards, Commercial Cards, and Global Clearing.
Michael is representing Citi on various industry groups such as the Global Payments Market Practice Group, SWIFT US Cash and Trade Sub-Committee, X.9, the Fedwire Wholesale Committee and the Clearinghouse Strategic Payments Forum.
Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Information Services from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He earned his undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Duisburg, Germany.
