Resource Usage Data Collection Amdocs Viewer Activity Measurement & Analysis (VAMA) provides a solution for tracking and measuring customers’ viewing activity with video-services. VAMA also gives an overall view of the user experience via standard accounting protocols. By providing information about the digital content and advertising customers consume, as well as about customer preferences around third-party interaction (with content providers and advertisers), service providers strengthen their positions in the content value chain. |

Service Inventory This HP showcase includes the Prosspero award-winning use case from May 2007 (TM Forum Excellence Award, OSS/J Supplier). It demonstrates a “carrier-proven” Service Assurance and Service Quality Management solution based on NGOSS and SOA principles. It is designed to manage the converged networks of now and tomorrow in a multi-technology and multi-vendor environment. |

14:00 |
Trouble Ticketing Interface The demonstration features the new Prosspero Trouble Ticketing API Version 1.2. It illustrates how readily changes can be made to the mapping configuration of two systems during runtime. Frox’s premioss, a commercial off-the-shelf product, facilitates integration between assurance applications and enables the seamless exchange of Trouble Tickets among disparate operational and management systems. The system also provides a ready-to-use integration environment that fosters superior scalability as service providers grow. |
