TM Forum established the Excellence Awards program in 2007 to recognize the global leaders in operational excellence and acknowledge the contributions which continue to take this industry in new and innovative directions. The 2009 Excellence Awards continues to showcase our members and their role in furthering the initiatives of TM Forum, as they shape the future of the industry.
The TM Forum Excellence Awards is the most prestigious recognition of it kind. The Awards attract nominations from around the world. The nominations have been narrowed down to six finalists in each category.
The winners were announced during the keynote session on the morning of Wednesday 6 May 2009 at the Acropolis Convention Center during TM Forum Management World 2009. The winning companies received the award in front of more than 2,800 attendees.
