Dial-in information will be provided soon. | | | Meeting Space for Media Briefings | Beginning April 25 2011, meeting rooms can be reserved in half-hour or one-hour increments for exhibitors who have secured meetings with press/analysts during the event. When pre-reservation requests open, a contact email and more information on what to include in your request will be provided.
The last day to pre-reserve a room is May 16. 2011. After this date reservations can be made on a first-come-first-serve basis at the event. -
Main Press Center will be on Level 1 in Liffey B
- Private Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 are in the Level 1 Foyer
- Room 3 is in Liffey A on Level 1
- Room 4 is in Liffey A in Room 19
- Check the master booking schedule the main press office for location of any meetings you may have booked in these rooms
The Media Center is only available to registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media (journalist/analyst/blogger) and the other must be a registered exhibitor.
Meeting Rooms are reserved for meetings between registered press/analysts and attendees for the purpose of briefings to support industry research, publication stories, newsletters, or reports. They are not intended or available for business-development meetings. |
