TM Forum Training and Certification provide a consistent approach to Frameworx education across the industry. Choose from the following, including our Revenue Assurance and Customer Experience courses offered only at Management World, to enhance your Conference experience.

Please note: the venue for TM Forum Training (only) is The Gibson Hotel, Point Village, Dublin 1, Ireland (800 meters and a 10 minute walk from the CCD).
All trainings run from 9am to 5pm (approx), with coffee breaks from 1030-1100 and 1530-1600, with lunch from 1230-1330.

• Intermediate Courses
  While there are no subject matter knowledge pre-requisites for most introductory courses, Intermediate courses assume that the attendee is broadly familiar with the topic and is now seeking ideas for deployment within their organization. They present a finer level of detail than found in the introductory courses.

• Introductory Courses
  These are broadly based courses that provide the delegate with an overview of a technology or topic. The attendee will leave the course with a good understanding of the area and its relevance to their business.

As the next step in the ever-growing Knowledge Certification program, TM Forum Career Certification offers a personalized program that signifies TM Forum Members’ expertise in the most widely adopted industry standard—Frameworx.

To get you on track for your Career Certification, the following Knowledge Certification exams* are offered along with the courses as outlined above.

Level 2 Certification Exams (5:30-6:30pm) follow each Distilled/Overview course.

**Level 4 Certification Exams (Monday, May 21st, 5:30-7:30pm) are only available to delegates who attended the relevant Workshop at least 3 months previously. Member delegates who register for these "Workshop" courses will automatically be eligible for the exam 3 months later at no additional cost. Contact education@tmforum.org to register.

Exams are also available to Member delegates who have previously attended "Distilled", "Solution Frameworks Overview" or "Implementer's/Modeler's Workshop" trainings prior to April 2010, at a cost of $100 for level 2 exams and $200 for level 4 exams.
