Why do I need to enter a password when registering to attend Management World? |
|

TM Forum's Management World registration offers full e-Commerce functionality, allowing you to register and change your registration online. For your security we ask you to provide a password so we can identify you should you need to change your registration at a later date. |

Registration informs me I'm already a registered user, but I haven't registered to attend the conference yet. Why? |
|
|
We have one system to control access to all of the TM Forum websites. If you have registered to use any of these sites in the past, or attended a TeleManagement World from Las Vegas 2001 onward, you will already be a registered user. Having one account makes it easier for you to gain access to all of our websites with just one login, and speeds up your registration for the event by filling in your personal details. |

I've forgotten my password, how can I find out what it is? |
|
|
Follow the "Forgotten Password" link from the main registration page. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you via e-mail.

Can I attend TM Forum's Management World for one day only? |
|
|
Yes you can attend the event for one-day only, however Conference passes vary with each event. If purchasing a conference pass the event could vary from 1 day to 3 days. You will only be able to purchase the conference pass for the maximum number of days the program is being held. However should you choose to spend a lesser amount of time at the conference that is your choice. Your cost to attend is based on when you register for the event as there are a variety of pricing phases. Therefore, for all events the sooner you register, the more you save. |

Do I have to pay full price to attend the conference for the last day only? |
|
|
Yes. |

Which types of conference pass include lunch? |
|
|
The following event passes include lunch at Management World events:
- Conference Passports
- Management World speakers in the Conference.
- Media and industry analysts (not industry consultants)
- Full Day Training Courses

What hours will the Exhibits be open? |
|
|
The Management World Exhibits will be open on July 16-17 for the following hours:
- 8:00 – 9:00 during registration
- 10:45 – 11:15 during morning break
- 12:30 – 14:00 during lunch
- 15:30 – 16:00 during afternoon break
- 17:30 – 18:30 during the Expo Reception

Can I attend one TM Forum Training Course in the morning, and another one in the afternoon? |
|
|
No. All training courses at Management World Africa are full 1-day courses except for eTOM Implementers which is a 2 Day Course. Please see the Training and Education Page for Details... |

Is there a fee for losing my Management World badge? |
|
|
Yes there is a fee of $100 if you lose your badge. |
|
|

Will I be able to change my registration on site? |
|
|
Yes. You can change your registration on-site. |

Are Management World passes interchangeable between co-workers? |
|
|
Passes are not interchangeable between co-workers, unless they are officially transferred using the registration transfer process and paying the associated transfer fees. |

How do I obtain a full receipt for my event purchases? |
|
|
A full electronic receipt will be issued to you at time of registration for online credit-card transactions. A copy of this receipt will also be sent to you via e-mail. You can also request a full receipt to be collected at the event by calling in advance to +1 973-292-1901 |

When will the Conference presentations be available on the web site? |
|
|
The complete Conference presentations will be available at the end of the day's sessions. |

Who can download Conference presentations from the web site? |
|
|
All Conference Pass holders, speakers, media and industry analysts, will have free access to download Conference presentations from the web site. |

May I pick up badges for other people who are registered? |
|
|
Unfortunately, you may not pick up badges for other people who are not registered. Due to heightened security, we do not permit anyone than the registered person to receive designated badge and a positive picture ID will be required. |

When are we able to get an attendee list? Who is able to acquire an attendee list? What information is provided on the attendee list? |
|
|
Attendee lists will be provided by mid afternoon during Management World on the Event Website. Information included in this list is name, title, and company name. |

There is no deadline to sign up as an exhibitor. We will offer table top exhibit space until space is sold out. As an added service, exhibitors can order equipment on-site. If table top exhibit space is sold out, we will put you on the waiting list. |

Can my company be both an exhibitor and a sponsor? |
|
|
