this period of high transformation, business metrics are more important
than ever. The TM Forum has recently published its Business Metrics in
an easy to read poster format. This special session will introduce the
Business Metrics Scaffold, explain how to read the scaffold, and find
metrics appropriate to specific business performance concerns. Posters
will be available for attendees. Those involved in measuring business
