Get the most from your participation and expo booth at Management World Americas.  Hospitality Suites provide you with a quiet place to meet with your clients in a private setting for demos, presentations, hospitality, networking and more.

Hospitality Suite Rental provides you with the space for the following dates and times:

Tuesday, December 8: 8:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday, December 9: 8:00am – 7:00pm 
Thursday, December 10: 8:00am – 2:00pm

These meeting suites are located on Level 2 above the hall where the conference summits and expo take place.

These meeting suites are located on Level 2 above the hall where the expo takes place.

Each sponsorship package includes:

• All hospitality suites are situated in a great location and of the perfect size to hold private demos with your clients and prospects
• One (1) table and ten (10) chairs provided in conference style
• One (1) side table for brochures included
• One (1) powerstrip supplied
• One (1) Internet connection supplied
• Hallway identifier sign supplied, with your corporate logo / name
• Special mention in Onsite Guide, including map to alert attendees to your location
• Three (3) additional Exhibitor Passes to be used for your staff at Management World
• Room keys are not supplied unless requested through the hotel.

If you require your room to be redesigned then you will need to work directly with the hotel and inform the Expo Manager. Additional services, such as food and  beverage, furniture, additional electricity,  and AV will need to be ordered through exhibitor services kit.

The sponsor is responsible for all associated costs for any room additions not included in this package.
