Course levels:

To assist delegates in choosing the right course for them we have introduced the following course categorisation.

Introductory courses Intermediate courses
These are broadly based courses that provide the delegate with an overiew of a technology or topic. The attendee will leave the course with a good understanding of the area and its relevance to their business. Intermediate courses assume that the attendee is broadly familiar with the topic and is now seeking ideas for deployment within their organisation. They present a finer level of detail than found in the introductory courses.

Suggested Training Tracks

George Greenlee I have arranged the training schedule so topics may be taken as “training tracks” to facilitate more in depth learning.
It can be tough to decide which training course to take. To assist in this process I have defined the following tracks based around specific topics of interest. You are not required to take all the courses in a track, but taking the courses in the order shown will really help in gaining the maximum benefit from TM Forum training at the show.
Note: the distilled courses are introductory level courses. eTOM and SID Distilled courses are the foundation courses for eTOM and SID Knowledge Certification .

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me at ggreenlee@tmforum.org
