Management World Asia offers a service-provider case-study driven agenda designed to examine the key technical and business issues to optimising OSS/BSS infrastructure in the modern telco.
Communications service providers continue to face a number of challenges. The desire to deliver innovative new products and services, grow market share and increase profits is often thwarted by the imperative to cut costs and develop leaner operations.
