Advancing Customer Experience Management Analytics

This project demonstrates a strategic and enhanced set of Frameworx-based customer experience management indices that address
the analysis, manipulation and structured presentation of complex data from across the telco enterprise.

Our CEI project team will develop a strategic and enhanced set of Customer Experience Management indices which address the
 analysis, manipulation and structured presentation of complex data from across the telco enterprise. This will be done by identifying
those key components of Frameworx that are engaged in presenting the information to the enterprise management. It will be possible
to calculate these metrics regularly (e.g., hourly, daily, weekly) and therefore use them to operationalize the enterprise CEM index.
The metrics will be displayed in the form of reports, dashboards, etc., and used by management levels from department heads down
to director to support questions driven by the traditional senior executive dashboard. By capturing disparate KPIs and bringing them
to light as contributors to the customer’s experience, we heighten operators awareness of the impact of one small KPI to the overall
customer satisfaction.
