| Instructor:  | Jonathan Hart Jonathan has been an independent consultant since 1979, most recently specialising in telecoms billing, CRM and operational matters. He undertakes practical and productive assignments for clients such as Revenue Assurance studies, end-to-end process improvement design and investigation for Due Diligence in acquisitions, and has delivered significant performance improvements in a wide range of business sectors. He has developed and presented courses on process design and management development as well as telecoms billing. He has advised companies in the Middle East, Europe and Australasia on strategy, process design and the selection and implementation of key business systems (BSS/OSS). Jonathan is the author of “The Book of Billing for Telecommunications”, first published in 2002, and co-author of “The Billing Guide” (1997). His latest book “Strategic Business Realignment – How To Manifest Abundance In Your Business (or, How To Get Your Ducks In A Row)”, was published in 2006. | | |
