- The Hotel is located near the airport
- A Visa is required for many countries. The hotel can assist with obtaining your visa. The form is attached to the downloadable hotel reservation form.
VISA APPLICATION FORM AND PROCEDURES - Following nationals will get entry permits on arrival.
- Western Europe: France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino and Liechtenstein.
- Other Countries: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and Hong Kong.
- GCC residents can enter the UAE without a confirmed visa, providing their respective residency visa has a validity of over six months and they have been residing in that GCC country for more than 12 months. They should also be managerial, engineer or accounting profession. If profession is not clearly mentioned in the passport, a Letter of Profession from the company should be presented.
- Passport holders from Yemen must allow six weeks for visa processing and obtaining a visa is not guaranteed
- The hotel will sponsor visa applications for guests holding confirmed room reservations, provided they receive this form with clear copy of the first 3 pages of your passport, fourteen (14) working days prior to your arrival in Dubai.
- Once visas have been processed, a copy will be sent to you. Exact arrival details and flight numbers should be advised and send in writing to the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that complimentary transfer could be arranged for your pick-up.
- The charge for processing a visa is Dhs 350/nett per visa. Please include a valid credit card number for the hotel to charge the visa fee.
- In the event of a cancellation or no show where the visa has already been processed by immigration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the visa processing fee accordingly.
