Management World, Orlando - November 18, 2008 - RateIntegration, Inc., a leading provider of Customer Loyalty Management solutions for the telecom and Internet 2.0 market, announced that its Loyalty Management solution, RLM 3.0, has been implemented by a Tier 1 wireless operator in Europe and is now being implemented by a Tier-1 operator in India. Customer Loyalty Management encompasses the business processes, programs, promotions and campaigns designed to reduce churn, increase ARPU and increase revenue through partners. RLM 3.0 is the industry's first „third-generation' real-time Customer Loyalty Management solution that delivers highly personalized and timely loyalty management within a zero-code framework. RLM 3.0 was built for the business user and can be rapidly implemented without replacing existing systems, without creating copies of existing data and without on-going custom programming to support the operator's rapidly evolving loyalty requirements. Advanced promotions are traditionally driven by CRM and business intelligence systems, however, they lack the ability to execute promotion logic in real-time. By contrast, the RLM 3.0 platform has been designed to execute promotional logic in real-time. Subscriber network data and BSS/OSS transactions are continually scanned by RLM 3.0 to dynamically micro-segment subscribers and trigger individualized reward messages when promotion criteria are met for any active loyalty program. RLM 3.0 thus delivers highly personalized and timely loyalty to the entire customer base.
RLM 3.0 was selected and implemented by a Tier 1 European mobile operator in early 2008. It currently supports an ever-changing mix of promotions against their entire pre-paid subscriber base. The operator has achieved its goal of being able to launch completely new promotions within 48-96 hours without any custom programming thereby enjoying an extremely low cost-of-ownership and operation for the platform. RLM 3.0 has enabled the operator to capture market opportunities with highly targeted and personalized reward programs, designed by product and marketing teams, which have contributed significantly to increased loyalty and ARPU and a reduction in churn.
RLM 3.0 was also recently selected by a Tier 1 mobile operator in Asia (one of India's top five operators by subscriber base) after a rigorous analysis of BSS solutions to meet their growing requirements. This Tier 1 operator is initially rolling out approximately 50 new promotions, triggered discounts, real-time bonuses and incentive structures, all designed by the carrier's marketing team to increase usage and spend while lowering subscriber churn. These loyalty programs target specific user behaviors and BSS transaction contexts in which immediate, personalized promotion offerings, discounts or other incentives will be delivered. Rapid evolution of the initial promotion set will follow, including partner-based real-time vouchers driven by network location services, as RLM-based loyalty initiatives are refined and expanded during 2009.
