Conference Pass Questions
On which days do the individual Summits take place?
All 3 Summits start on Tuesday (18 November) afternoon, following the plenary keynote session and run simultaneously until Thursday (20 November) lunchtime.
 
What is the difference when registering for the full Conference compared to registering for 1 Summit?
Register for the full conference and you can attend any session in any of the 3 Summits. If you register for 1 Summit you are restricted to attending that Summit’s sessions only, but the registration costs less We have one system to control access to all of the TM Forum websites. If you have registered to use any of these sites in the past, or attended a TeleManagement World from Las Vegas 2001 onward, you will already be a registered user. Having one account makes it easier for you to gain access to all of our websites with just one login, and speeds up your registration for the event by filling in your personal details.
 
Do my Conference, Summit and Expo Plus Pass provide me with access to the Networking event (evening of 18th November)?
Yes – we look forward to seeing you there!

Can I attend TM Forum's Management World Orlando for one day only?
Yes you can attend the event for one-day only, however full Conference pass and Summit passes enable you to access all the sessions over the 3 days If purchasing a conference pass the event could vary from 1 day to 3 days.
 
When will the Conference presentations be available on the web site?
The complete Conference presentations will be available at the end of the day's sessions.
 
Who can download Conference presentations from the web site?
All Full Conference and Summit Pass holders, speakers, media and industry analysts, will have free access to download Conference presentations from the web site.
 
Do I have to pay full price to attend the conference for the last day only?
Yes.

Registration Questions
Why do I need to enter a password when registering to attend a Management World event?
TM Forum's Management World registration offers full e-Commerce functionality, allowing you to register and change your registration online. For your security we ask you to provide a password so we can identify you should you need to change your registration at a later date.
 
Registration informs me I'm already a registered user, but I haven't registered to attend the conference yet. Why?
We have one system to control access to all of the TM Forum websites. If you have registered to use any of these sites in the past, or attended an event from 2001 onward, you will already be a registered user. Having one account makes it easier for you to gain access to all of our websites with just one login, and speeds up your registration for the event by filling in your personal details.
 
I've forgotten my password, how can I find out what it is?
Follow the "Forgotten Password" link from the main registration page. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you via e-mail.
 
Is there a fee for losing my Management World badge?
Yes there is a fee of $100 if you lose your badge.
 
Will I be able to change my registration on site?
Yes. You can change your registration on-site.
 
Are Management World passes interchangeable between co-workers?
Passes are not interchangeable between co-workers, unless they are officially transferred using the registration transfer process and paying the associated transfer fee of $25.
 
How do I obtain a full receipt for my event purchases?
A full electronic receipt will be issued to you at time of registration for online credit-card transactions. A copy of this receipt will also be sent to you via e-mail. You can also request a full receipt to be collected at the event by calling in advance to +1 973-292-1901
 
May I pick up badges for other people who are registered?
You cannot pick up badges for other people who are not registered. Due to heightened security, we do not permit anyone than the registered person to receive designated badge and a positive picture ID will be required.

Can my company be both an exhibitor and a sponsor?

Marketing and Public Relations Questions
Will the TM Forum help with marketing of our sponsorship and exhibit?
Yes, TM Forum is committed to helping you promote your exhibit/sponsorship. Marketing Tools will become available in Exhibitors Corner by end of August. A detailed marketing kit will provide useful ideas for increasing visibility leading up to and during the Management World event.
