  • Section 1 - Introduction, Level Set, Industry in Review: Tailored to the knowledge base of the audience, the material will be focused on an overview of the Managed Service Industry, its trends and expectations and the basic cycle of a managed services relationship.
  • Section 2 - Selected review of key areas of the Managed Services Cycle.
  • Section 3 - Workshop or Panel discussion on the key issues of the day.
As with all official TM Forum courses, certificates of achievement will be issued.
