Media Registration
Steps to register for a media pass:
1.  Review credential requirements.
2.  Submit credentials to Geoff Devlin.  Be advised that you must show proof of identification onsite at the event.
3.  After you receive confirmation, you may register for a media pass here.

Media Center Hours
Media Center hours during the event will be the following:
Tuesday, Nov 9 - 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Wednesday, Nov 10 - 8:00 am-6:00 pm
Thursday, Nov 11 - 8:00 am-2:00 pm

The PR team will run a webinar to enable exhibitors to discuss public relations benefits for the event. Dial-in information will be provided at a later date.

Meeting Space for Media Briefings
Beginning September 20th, meeting rooms can be reserved in half-hour or one-hour increments for exhibitors who have secured meetings with press/analysts during the event. When pre-reservation requests open in September, a contact email and more information on what to include in your request will be provided.

The last day to pre-reserve a room is November 3. After this date reservations can be made on a first-come-first-serve basis at the event.

The meeting rooms are located inside the Media Center. Complete information on the location of the Media Center and Media Center hours will be available soon.

The Media Center is only available to registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media (journalist/analyst/blogger) and the other must be a registered exhibitor.

Meeting Rooms are reserved for meetings between registered press/analysts and attendees for the purpose of briefings to support industry research, publication stories, newsletters, or reports. They are not intended or available for business-development meetings.
