• Established In 1990 • 1991-1996 implementation of the project „Development of rural telecommunications in Poland” financed by EU grant within PHARE program: (I) creation of independent local operators (Telefony Podlaskie SA and Telefony Opalenickie SA), network deployment; (II) acting as a mutual fund managing state owned shares in Telefony Podlaskie SA and Telefony Opalenickie SA • Think tank – new business model in telecommunication sector, working in close cooperation with the Institute of Telecommunications at the Warsaw University of Technology • Providing support and assistance to alternative operators in project management, feasibility studies, business plans and training • Actually FTP is plannig to start “teleAccelerator” project anticipating new structure of a telecommunications sector market and constitutes a value cloud that is going to support rapid launching and sustainable operations of Next Generation Networks and Next Generation Access. The facility arrangement is going to be instrumental in expedition of NGN/NGA developments by unleashing potential of multiservice offerings of locally focused telecommunications operators while lowering the transactions cost between the value cloud participants. The concept of embracing the nature of changes and provision of supporting tools has been worked out by the Telecom Management Forum as the Frameworx. Modeling and standardizing the telecommunications service provider and its environment architecture enables provision of efficient IT infrastructure supporting enterprises in executing its processes on all levels. The “teleAccelerator” platform will be integrating a numerous adjacent in geographic coverage locally focused TELCOs to be a practical remedy for the problem of scale as the NGOSS/BSS shared by enterprises.
