mobilkom austria has deployed Orga Systems’ OPSC real-time billing system and OBMS Bonus Management System at its mobile subsidiary in Serbia (Vip mobile).

Orga Systems has enabled mobilkom austria to launch Serbias newest operator Vip mobile, which offers advanced mobile services. mobilkom austria won the third GSM 900/1800 and UMTS (3G) license in Serbia in November 2006. The license conditions included a requirement to launch operations within six months. Therefore it was important for Vip mobile to be launched without delay.
