Michal Cuppa, MD, NSN, Russia
Russia and CIS telco markets are entering a new cycle – still with some growth, but also where margins are eroding and earnings declining .
In Russia, Rostelecom/Svyazinvest is going through considerable consolidation, Vimpelcom go West and Sistema are streamling their group. And the recent LTE Yota deal indicates that rival operators are being steered towards co-operation.
In Ukraine, after some ten years a long awaited privatization of Ukrtelekom, incumbent fixed-line operator, seems to be concluded. Telcos in Central Asia are looking more closely on Trans Euro-Asia opportunity.

2.30 How to Manage Networks and Client's SLAs
Konstantin Korf, Vimplecom
In recent years it has became almost impossible to simply provide L3 or L2 VPN services without any kind of SLA offering. In order to maintain competitive advantage and to retain existing customers,  service providers need to offer SLA for their services which requires a highly advanced, scalable and customizable SLA management solution.
For more than two years Vimplecom has been using Tivoli Network Performance Manager and Tivoli Business Service Manager, which enable us to completely model and calculate customers` SLAs and to provide external BSS systems with data for billing.
The following presentation focuses on the challenges of implementing and supporting a complex SLA management system for tracking sophisticated customers' SLAs.
