The Forum’s collaboration program covers a very wide range of activities – ranging from network management interfaces, revenue assurance best practices, business process and process flow definitions, through to definition of business metrics that are used by Service Providers to measure their performance in many different areas - to name but a few! In Ukraine, after some ten years a long awaited privatization of Ukrtelekom, incumbent fixed-line operator, seems to be concluded. TM Forum's Frameworx is a key enabling technology behind this new business strategy, allowing CSPs to radically simplify their IT architecture while substantially reducing costs and risks associated with IT evolution. This presenatation will provide an overview of Frameworx and will examine the business benefits driving its adoption. 12.00 Frameworx for ISV: Сhallenges and Opportunities Evgueni Demidov, Chief solutions architect CJSC “PETER-SERVICE” This presentation is based on the experience of CJSC PETER-SERVICE with regards to the practical implementation of Frameworx. In order to maintain competitive advantage and to retain existing customers, service providers need to offer SLA for their services which requires a highly advanced, scalable and customizable SLA management solution.
For more than two years Vimplecom has been using Tivoli Network Performance Manager and Tivoli Business Service Manager, which enable us to completely model and calculate customers` SLAs and to provide external BSS systems with data for billing.
The following presentation focuses on the challenges of implementing and supporting a complex SLA management system for tracking sophisticated customers' SLAs.
