    Team Action Week/NGOSS Users Group Wrap-Up
    Lisbon Hotel The TM Forum is coming off the heels of a very successful Team Action Week in Lisbon last month. We had 140 total attendees representing 64 TM Forum member companies who participated in 26 meetings during the week. The breakdown of attendees is as follows:
    • 19% Service Provider / Operators
    • 25% Hardware vendors
    • 37% Software vendors
    • 10% System Integrators
    • 10% Other (Universities, Consultants, etc.)
    Several major activities took place during the week, including the development of a high-level view of IMS and SDF and the creation of a proposal for addressing their impact to the TM Forum. The findings of the IMS/SDF landscape will be presented to the TM Forum board by the end of this month.

    In addition, the 3rd NGOSS Users Group at Team Action Week was attended by over 50 OSS/BSS professionals who are using NGOSS as part of their software solutions. The focus of this Users Group was “Implementing NGOSS,” and the theme was highlighted by service provider presentations from BT, who focused on the culture of getting NGOSS implemented in BT, and Telecom Italia, who presented o
