Service Providers, vendors and consultants come together to create a unique benchmark for revenue assurance across the telecom industry.

Over the past four years, TM Forum has been setting new revenue assurance standards and developing revenue assurance best practice. In response to overwhelming demand, TM Forum’s revenue assurance program was the first to deliver a systematic series of revenue assurance metrics that could be applied to any service provider.

Now, as part of TM Forum’s benchmarking initiative, service providers will be able to benchmark their revenue assurance performance by comparing their metrics to those of their peers.
