Bill orchestrates the day-to day operations of the TM Forum. A veteran of more than 30 years in the definition, development, sales, implementation and support of complex software-based solutions, primarily devoted to systems and network management and security. His focus has included global manufacturing, transportation and finance, communications service providers, healthcare, energy delivery and power generation, national, regional, and local government agencies, as well as strategic alliances and partnerships with other suppliers and systems integrators. He has served in a variety of executive leadership positions in Cisco, and CA Technologies, as well as in start-ups and small companies. Bill earned BA and MA degrees at American University, Washington, DC.
Nik has been working the high-tech market for over 10 years, and is currently Chief Digital Officer for TM Forum. In this capacity, Nik is responsible for driving the Forum’s success and value-delivery across a broad range of competencies, including digital services. Previously, Nik has held a number of executive positions within the Forum including responsibility for marketing and communications, global events and IT. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Nik ran a successful consulting business working with multi-national companies including BT, WestLB and The Carphone Warehouse.
Aileen is currently responsible for the change programs required to transform the Forum to be a value-led organization, focused on ensuring Member Value and Industry Leadership delivered by a team of Best People. Previously she has held a number of executive positions within the organization including Collaboration, Membership, Events, Publications and Training. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Aileen held a number of Engineering Management positions in the Telecommunications industry, with companies such as Motorola and Alcatel.
Apostolos Kallis is currently the Senior Vice President of Member Engagement & Sales for the TM Forum with full responsibility for driving the organisation’s growth through membership, conferences, training, exhibitions, webinars and publications. His team is also responsible for account management of the TM Forum’s global membership base. He has worked in the Telecommunications business for over 10 years and was previously Deputy Head of IQPC Exchange in London with P&L responsibility for over 15 conferences a year. As a freelance consultant, he has worked with a number of companies in the telecommunication software space advising on sales strategies and expansion plans across Europe, the Middle East and the US. Apostolos holds a BA International Business from the University of Brighton and an MBA in Telecoms from AUEB.
Rebecca Henderson joined TM Forum in 2006 and is currently VP Research and Content, overseeing the Forum’s thought leadership activities and content strategy, with a primary focus on coordinating our content-generating activities across all media. Rebecca’s team is responsible for the overall management of the Forum’s publications, digital channels and webinars. Rebecca began her career in publishing and her experience ranges from managing the content agency arm of a UK plc to overseeing the product and commercial strategy of a leading business publisher. Rebecca initially joined the Forum to develop its publishing and research activities, including launching the Forum’s leading publication, Perspectives, and developing the successful ‘Insights’ series of research reports. More recently she managed the Forum’s conference program. Rebecca holds a BSc Hons in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
As Vice President, Information Technology & Services, Richard is responsible for TM Forum's systems, support and development team.
Richard has over 15 years of software and IT industry experience. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Cardiff University, working initially in the automotive sector but quickly moving to software development; project management and IT management. Before joining TM Forum, Richard worked as consultant for a number of major companies in banking and finance. He recently moved to a rural location in the UK where he can satisfy his love of the outdoors through spending time with his pack of dogs and herd of alpacas.
Brian Kuritzky began his career with TM Forum 10 years ago and is currently the Vice President, Finance. During that time he has held various positions within the finance group. Brian is located at the headquarters office in New Jersey, USA. From there he oversees all financial processes and transactions for the global organization as well as all internal and external reporting. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University (Go Lions!) and a MBA from Centenary College.
Steve Bonadio leads global communications and marketing for TM Forum. His responsibilities include marketing strategy and operations, messaging and positioning, branding and creative, product marketing, demand generation, web/digital/social marketing, public and analyst relations, sales enablement, and partner marketing. Prior to joining the Forum, Steve held senior marketing roles with leading software companies such as Oracle, and he spent the first ten years of his career as an IT industry analyst and consultant with firms such as META Group (acquired by Gartner). Steve holds a BA in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
