The Open Group is proposing a new TM Forum working team to explore and develop synergies between NGOSS and The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF). The proposal is for the team to consider the four essential frameworks of NGOSS and some key elements of the TOGAF methodology, namely the Architecture Continuum and the Architecture Development Method (ADM), with particular focus on Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information Systems Architecture (including Data and Applications) and Technology Architecture.

The objective is the creation of an overarching methodology to guide the development of a holistic, end-to-end enterprise architecture for the telecom industry. Members interested in participating in this project should contact Alfred Anaya or Debbie Burkett.
