TM Forum is forming a new group focused on business issues that is tentatively called the Billing and Customer Experience Council. This Council will work closely with the relevant groups within the Collaboration Program to ensure that a balance is kept between the business process work and the technical work. It will also be charged with guiding and providing advice and direction on critical business issues that face the communications and media worlds.
A call is planned during the week of February 18 to agree on the objectives of the Council and its structure. Contact Alex Leslie for more information on this new group and on how to participate in the call.
