The role of the Nominating Committee is to oversee the process for appointments to the Board from amongst the Corporate Members. The Committee draws up criteria for appointments to ensure that the Board composition reflects the diverse geographic and sector membership of the Forum. Committee members canvass Corporate Members for suggested nominations for appointment to the Board; develops a slate of proposed appointments for approval and proposes the slate to the membership for ratification at the Annual Meeting of Members.
