TM Forum Information Framework, commonly referred to as the SID, is an essential part of TM Forum Frameworx Integrated Business Architecture and is in use worldwide by service providers and vendors. It provides a common reference model for Enterprise information that service providers, software providers, and integrators use to describe management information.

Over the past several years there has been extraordinary adoption and interest in Information Framework. In fact, when polled, nearly 80% of Communication Service Providers (CSPs) are either using or planning to use the Information Framework in integration projects.

It is crucial for CSPs and the vendors who serve them to stay current with new developments in this common information model, and to understand how it is being used in practical ways to improve the introduction and delivery of new products and services, reduce operational expenses, and improve customer service.

Attend this free webinar to learn why the use of Information Framework is critical for simplifying OSS/BSS integration and transformation, and how it has improved IT agility and shortened cycle times. Topics covered will include:

  • The role of Information Framework in Business Services
  • An overview of Information Framework, emphasizing what’s new in Version 9
  • An overview of upcoming enhancements in Information Framework upcoming release
  • A Case Study about Information Framework implementation in SOA
  • A preview of the latest Progress® DataXtend® SID Model Browser
