Cloud Service Definitions (Taxonomy)
This project will define and maintain a set of standardized definitions of common cloud computing services as commercial products as well as key service components. This will allow common policy definitions to be established, common benchmarks & metrics, common language in SLAs and service contracts and will allow SKUs for Cloud Services to be built into product catalogs.

Cloud Business Process Framework
The project looks at the end-to-end Order Handling process flow defined in GB921-E to explore a cloud-specific use case. It will review the Order Handling flow, and the relevant Order Handling level 4 process elements from GB921-DX. The team will develop a use case based on IaaS that addresses real-time services, partners, storage, security, interoperability, portability, etc. The use case development will be split into two phases: Phase 1 - a complete end-to-end worked example; and Phase 2 - ITIL linkage methodology.
