MORRISTOWN, NJ, November 3, 2011: TM Forum today announced the launch of the Ambassador Network, a global network of highly experienced industry professionals focused on mentoring senior executives at TM Forum member companies. This program offers executives within member companies expert guidance to ensure they achieve maximum value from TM Forum’s extensive resources for simplifying the complexity of running a service provider’s business.
The Ambassador Network allows TM Forum member companies to connect with knowledgeable executives that are well-versed in TM Forum’s Frameworx suite of standards and the Forum’s extensive assets and resources. The Ambassadors, who work on a voluntary basis, offer expert advice on achieving the maximum value from Frameworx and make recommendations on how members can work toward the development of solutions to common business issues through industry collaboration.
Keith Willetts, TM Forum’s Chairman, and Martin Creaner, TM Forum’s President and CEO invited the founding Ambassadors based on experience and knowledge of the TM Forum’s resources. The network is now in the process of being expanded with input and suggestions from the Forum’s Board of Directors.
