Current activities of the SPLC include:

• Progression of SP requirements to support Cloud Services including th the needs for mangemtn interaface  such as the Software enabled Services management interfaces and end to end Service Leveal Agreement Management.
• Establishing and documenting requirements for B2B operational working to support wholesale services aka e-bonding. This has resulted in a analysis of requirement for changes and enhancements to the Business Process Framework (eTOM) based on the operational experience of BT and NBN co. deployments.
• Analysis of Enterprise Customers’ Cloud service requirements and their impacts on service providers, network operator and other cloud model roles. This activity is based on developing as set of service provider business models and rigorous analyzing how each ECLC requirement impacts each business role within each business model.
• Review of service provider requirement for SOA integration business services for development by the Integration program. This covers both the SP functionality requirement and strategic direction for integration technologies e.g. APIs, client SDKs, REST amongst others.
• Review of Frameworx releases 12.5 roadmap proposals
