Existing ecosystem of supporting tools and services

Tigerstripe is an ecosystem partner to TMForum who enable easy extension of the PROSSPERO Trouble Ticket API in order to precisely meet the most exacting business requirements. For example, you may want to extend the model to add new attributes to the trouble ticket entity, or specialize queries about trouble tickets, or add new management states for trouble tickets. Using Tigerstripe Workbench, you are ensured that these extensions will comply with the TMForum’s OSS/J API Design Guidelines. Once you are satisfied with the extensions, with the push of a button you can generate API specifications for the XML, J2EE and/or WSDL integration profiles.
