Mr. Liudvikas Andriulis (29) has 10 years of experience in telecommunications and IT. Mr. Andriulis started as an ISDN product manager in Lithuania. He then went on to lead the mobile internet business for 'Bite', the second largest mobile operator in the country. During his 5 year tenure, Liudvikas oversaw the implementation and development of GPRS, EDGE and UMTS networks, as well as building a successful fixed-wireless broadband internet business. Three years ago, Mr. Andriulis left to become the CEO of 'Eurocom', the largest MVNO in the Baltics, where he launched TeleMaxima, a highly successful prepaid service based on integration with the biggest Baltic retailer, Maxima. After that he relocated to Brussels to join Effortel and lead the company's marketing efforts around the globe.
