Cancellation Policy
Registration can be cancelled/changed and a full refund made only if fax, e-mail or written notice carries a transmittal time or postmark of no later than 11:59pm (EST) Wednesday, June 3, 2009. No other form of cancellation notice will be accepted. All cancellations must receive a confirmation from the TM Forum considered valid. All participants who register from 12:00AM (EST) Thursday, June 4, 2009 forward are responsible for full daily registration payment and no full or partial refunds will be offered.
Charges for cancellation or changes to reservations for accommodation, airfare or other transportation are the responsibility of the attendee.
