Business Agreements

Real business requirements are produced in TM Forum Business Agreements through active involvement of its many service providers. Business Agreements provide implementers with the detailed business model and requirements that help them understand the service provider needs. It assists the implementer in understanding what process, functional and information needs are to be supported for process automation. Business Agreements document the business problem and includes the protocol neutral and technology independent Requirements Model documented in UML.
