TM Forum - MTOSI Release 1.0

This document provides the protocol neutral interface information model for the MTOSI. For Release 1.0, MTOSI covers inventory retrieval, inventory notifications, alarm reporting and active alarm retrieval. It should be emphasized that MTOSI uses the same information model as MTNM (Multi Technology Network Management). The information model in this document is an enhanced version of the MTNM TMF 608 Version 3.0.
