 Martin Creaner Martin Creaner, President & Chief Operating Officer, TM Forum
Martin Creaner has been working in the Telecommunications Industry for almost 25 years and is currently President of the TeleManagement Forum (TM Forum). The TM Forum is the industry body for the global communications industry. It has more than 700 member companies in over 195 countries, including all the major carriers and all the leading equipment and software Vendors. Prior to joining the TM Forum Martin held a number of executive positions with Motorola and British Telecom.

Martin is widely published and is featured and quoted regularly in business and trade journals. Martin is also the author of the leading telecoms business book “NGOSS Distilled”.
   
 Aileen Smith Aileen Smith, Senior Vice President of Collaboration & Research and Development, TM Forum
Aileen’s current role is Senior Vice President of Collaboration for the TM Forum. In that capacity she is responsible for all Collaboration and R&D activities, resulting in the production of Best Practices and Standards which are widely deployed in industry to drive functionality in and cost out of today’s business and software solutions. Previously Aileen has held a number of other roles within the Forum, including responsibility for Membership, Events and Training and Education. Prior to joining the TM Forum, Aileen held a number of Engineering Management positions in the Telecommunications industry, with companies such as Motorola and Alcatel.
   
George Greenlee George Greenlee, SVP of Products and Portfolio Management, TM Forum
George has worked in the Telecoms and Software Industry for 25 years. He currently holds responsibility for all of the TM Forum's products including Frameworx, Conformance, Benchmarking and Training. He has held senior executive positions in CMG’s Wireless Data Services division running their global development program as well as Billing Business unit. George has also held engineering management positions in Motorola
