Mark has held a number of international posts for such high profile Telecoms organisations such as WorldCom, Vodacom, AboveNet and Geo Networks with successful B/OSS and Network projects being implemented throughout Europe, Africa, the USA and Australia increasing the networks’ commercial viability and profitability. Mark has a unique ability to understand cutting edge technology trends and translating them into an African environment. Currently he is running the Commercial department at Altech ISIS and is instrumental in growing the bottom line in client networks via optimizing their Billing, CRM and Customer Experience.
