In “strategic benchmarking”, CSPs seek to improve overall performance by examining the long-term strategies and general approaches that have enabled other, high-performing, companies to succeed. It involves many considerations, including the development of new products and services along with considering the effectiveness of the CSPs “business navigation” capabilities, including its ability to respond to changes in the external environment.
