On July 1st, the TM Forum opened the 2008 Billing Performance Study to Service Provider members. Based on the seven year of experience the GBA (now part of the TM Forum) has in conducting surveys on billing performance, the annual benchmarking survey is proven to provide a valuable return on their time to those who participate and utilize the results. Data collection will be ongoing through September 15th, with results available in late October.

Results are free to service provider members who enter their data into the study, and available for a fee to all other TM Forum members.

Based around 10 Key Performance Indicators, this survey allows service providers to compare their performance to peers and competitors in complete confidence.

For TM Forum Service Provider Members:
Your participation in and the results of this study are both completely free to you. You will enter your data and access the results, run reports and more through the TM Forum’s Benchmarking Portal, providing the utmost in security and privacy. Additionally, each participant will receive a secure individualized report showing their performance on each KPI. Participation levels are expected to be high thanks to this easy to use environment, making results more valuable than ever before. Take this opportunity to make an investment in collecting your data – and benefit from seeing the data from across the industry in return.

For Suppliers: You may purchase a subscription to the Billing Performance results and view the results just like the service providers will see them in the Benchmarking Portal.
