About the CSP Transformation Survey
The TM Forum is taking the lead to define and quantify the progress that service providers are making in their transformational journeys. By joining our Communications Service Providers (CSP) Transformation Survey you will be able to position yourself against others in the industry as well as garner direction for your own business.
Each Service Provider participant will receive a free personalized report indicating the statistics of the survey as well as their individual scores. As always, the anonymity of all participants is protected and the security of all responses is assured though the TM Forum's well established Benchmarking Portal.
