Africa Summit 2012 PR Opportunities Exhibitor Press Collateral Area Exhibitors may leave their press kits in the Press Center beginning the first day of the event, September 18, 2012. There will be a small table for press kits or any other special items you'd like to make available to attending media.

Access to the Media List
The Africa Summit 2012 media list will be available to exhibitors and sponsors beginning August 15th, 2012. This list allows you to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with attending press, analysts and bloggers prior to the event. Updates will be forwarded to you on a bi-weekly basis. If you are an exhibitor or sponsor, please submit your contact details to
Elizabeth Coyne as soon as possible so you do not miss out on this valuable resource.
Press Releases
TM Forum owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow these guidelines:
- TM Forum boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below).
- The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: TM Forum’s Africa Summit is happening Sept 18-19, 2012, at the Hilton Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.
