The intended audience for this guide book is IT managers, architects and developers. This document is a guideline for the development of adapters to the TIP APIs. It is mainly targeted at the developers who want to use the TIP Implementation stack to build an adaptation. The scaffold defines a reference architecture and the associated components to support the implementation of TIP adapters to the MTOSI and OSS-J interfaces. The adapter framework is targeted to be used with the SII Reference Implementation and its common set of services. The Reference Implementation POJO domain entities and the marshalling components are reused. Proxies are used for building the adaptation. A set of adaptation components meant are also defined.
