Overview
Billing has been shaped by the hostile economic climate of recent times.
In our latest Business Intelligence Quarterly report, we look at the business realities that are affected by and in turn impact billing functions. They include the introduction of new services, cash flow, how billing contributes to new business, enterprises’ billing priorities and the move towards e-billing and web self-service.
Drawing on results from a recent business benchmarking study and insights from an opinion poll survey of Communication Service Provider (CSPs) billing executives, the report will look at the following:
