| Summary | | TM Forum Delivers more than 5000 Student days of training every year across the globe addressing TM Forum Frameworx and related topics. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the TM Forum training team as we are looking to take on two new contract trainers – one in India and one in South East Asia to meet the every growing demand for training in those regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate a combination of classroom delivery skills and in-depth knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx. The successful candidate will go through a rigorous approval process followed by a probationary period during which his/her classroom skills and Frameworx knowledge will be assessed. |
| Specific Responsibilities | - Classroom delivery of a combination of existing Frameworx courses including
- Frameworx Overview,
- Business Process Framework (eTOM) Distilled,
- Information Framework (SID) Distilled,
- Business Process Framework (eTOM) Implementer’s Workshop
- Information Framework (SID) Modeler’s Workshop
- Frameworx Procurement Request Support Workshop
- Exam Invigilation
- General administration of classroom activities such as keeping attendee records, collating and returning exam and feedback forms and completing training delivery reports
- Addressing on-site issues as they arise and notifying them to the training department
- Generating and follow-up of future training sales leads

| Skill Requirements | - Demonstrable experience in professional training delivery
- Knowledge of Business Process and Information Frameworks a minimum requirement for this position
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate his/her contribution to Frameworx standards and will be actively involved in on-going development work on these standards
- Proven verbal communication and classroom skills
- Background of working in a training, consultancy or service provider role
- Willingness to travel within the region on a regular basis
- TM Forum knowledge certified in the relevant subjects
